Chief Stephen Pearrow
Chief Stephen Pearrow has over 30 years of law enforcement experience at the state and county level. He served as a state trooper with the South Carolina Highway Patrol before joining the Richland County Sheriff鈥檚 Department as a K-9 handler and specializing in emergency management. He also served in the South Carolina State Guard for 21 years.
